The Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our aftersales team in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting fabrication, repair, and troubleshooting of assigned vehicles and waste equipment, ensuring work is completed safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot vehicles and equipment during production and testing
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Achieve productivity and cycle time targets by optimising working methods
• Support team leaders and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain factory equipment and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Follow all SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols
• Take initiative, work diligently, and support extended hours where required
• Communicate clearly, honestly, and proactively within the team
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in metalwork, fabrication, or heavy vehicle maintenance
• Experience in vehicle or equipment fabrication and welding
• Ability to follow technical drawings and fabrication processes

✅ Qualifications

• Technical Certificate or Diploma (Mechanical or related field)
• Welding certification (advantageous)

✅ Skills & Attributes

• Strong practical skills with hand tools
• Ability to operate a forklift (advantageous)
• Safety-conscious with a high attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required
